In August, China exported approximately US$11.76 million worth of e-cigarettes to Poland, down 40.72% month-on-month but up 19.92% year-on-year.
According to updated trade data from the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China, 2Firsts compiled statistics on China’s e-cigarette exports to Poland in August 2023. Details are as follows:

Export value was approximately US$11.76 million (about RMB 86.03 million), down 40.72% month-on-month and up 19.92% year-on-year.

Export volume reached 213,174 kilograms, or about 213 tons, down 36.78% month-on-month and up 40.80% year-on-year.

The average export price was US$55.15 per kilogram, down 6.22% month-on-month and down 14.83% year-on-year. Among them, the average price of “e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic atomizing devices” was US$10.92 per unit.

In addition, according to forecasts from Statista, Poland’s e-cigarette market is expected to generate US$310.6 million in revenue by 2023. The market is projected to grow at an annual rate of 3.18% (CAGR 2023–2028). In terms of per capita revenue, each person in Poland is expected to contribute US$8.42 in 2023. The Polish e-cigarette market has seen a surge in popularity among young people, with a wide variety of flavors and devices available.
