State Council Appoints Lu Jie as Deputy Director of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration

The State Council has appointed and removed state personnel, appointing Lu Jie as Deputy Director of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration.

Qian Yi was appointed Deputy Director of the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration; Shen Zhulin was appointed Deputy Director of the National Data Administration; Lu Jie was appointed Deputy Director of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration; Ma Bing was appointed Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China; and Liu Dongshun was appointed Director of the Changjiang Water Resources Commission. 

Chen Chunjiang was removed from the post of Assistant Minister of Commerce; Yan Jun was removed from the post of Deputy Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation; and Ma Jianhua was removed from the post of Director of the Changjiang Water Resources Commission.
