RELX after-sales service options: in-store service and self-service support
What conditions must be met for after-sales service?
If there are quality issues with the product during the warranty period, after-sales service can be requested. Currently, RELX replaces products with national standard devices and pods.
Where can after-sales service be conducted?
There are two after-sales channels for you to choose from:
In-store service
Bring a valid proof of purchase to the original store or an officially recommended offline warranty store to enjoy after-sales service.
To find warranty stores: Log in to the public account "Feiyue Companion Membership Center", click on the menu "Stores & After-sales - Nearby Stores", and filter for stores tagged with #Warranty Store#. Bring the product and proof of purchase to the store. The warranty store will provide you with after-sales options (return for inspection or on-site exchange). If you need an on-site exchange, it is recommended to call the store in advance to confirm whether they support on-site exchanges to avoid a wasted trip.
Self-service after-sales
Log in to the public account "Feiyue Companion Membership Center", click on the menu "Stores & After-sales - Self-service After-sales", fill out the application according to the page instructions, and send back the product for after-sales service.
