Jordan Reaffirms Personal Import Limits for E-Cigarettes
On October 16, news emerged that the Jordan Food and Drug Administration has emphasized personal import limits for e-cigarettes, with strict controls on commercial intentions.

According to khaberni.net, Dr. Nizar Mahidat, the director of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration, conducted an in-depth investigation into the circulation of food, drugs, and medical supplies, inspecting the air cargo customs at Alia International Airport and the customs at Taqali Airport. He stressed the importance of determining the maximum quantity limits for personal use of e-cigarettes (vape), heated tobacco products, and e-liquid upon entry, noting that any commercial intent must be strictly controlled. Additionally, he called for severe penalties for food, drugs, and medical devices and supplies that do not comply with the documentation.
