A New Round of Renewed Licenses Issued to Vaping Companies in July
Recently, a batch of successful renewal lists from July has been gradually announced. Meanwhile, many companies are already gearing up for the second half of the year. Some logistics providers have also indicated that shipments to Europe and the United States can still be made recently.

(Renewal process ongoing)
Some positive market news represents hope for renewing companies. Some companies joyfully stated, "Renewal successful, we can confidently take orders now." It is expected that from e-liquids, nicotine companies, to brand companies, and OEM manufacturers, a new wave of renewal is underway.
How many companies have renewed?
Although many companies have not disclosed, it is estimated that at least 80 companies have renewed so far.
Especially since August, e-cigarette companies that renewed in July have gradually obtained their paper e-cigarette production licenses. For example, Chongqing Boteng Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., Philip Morris Technology, Lichang Technology, Xingke Electronics, Zhongxiang Flavor, etc. So far, this account has recorded that Huajia Biology, Yiguangnian Technology, Benwu Technology, Rundu Pharmaceutical (Jingmen), Huizhou Xinhongwei Technology, Shenzhen Fanhua Life Sciences, Shenzhen Hengyun Biotechnology, Shandong Jincheng Pharmaceutical Chemical, Hubei Henuo Biology, Changning Dekang Biotechnology, Changning Dekang Biotechnology Shenzhen Company, Shenzhen Ruixiangyuan Biology, Dongguan Hongfu Biology, Shenzhen Weika Technology, Dongguan Haohong Electronics, Shenghai Electronics, Xingke Electronics Dongguan, Zhongxiang Flavor Shenzhen Company, Yunnan Yunshuo Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Yunpuxinghe, Shenzhen Lichang Technology, Shenzhen Philip Morris Technology Co., Ltd., etc. have completed their renewals, totaling at least over 20 companies.
For instance, companies like Lichang Technology had their renewal dates on July 24, representing the newly renewed companies in July. The validity period is generally two years.

(Companies that renewed in July)
Some individuals have recently stated that "the e-cigarette companies that renewed in July are gradually showing as completed in the system."
The difficulties in obtaining licenses generally lie in fire safety, system certification series, and resubmission of materials.
For example, one individual stated, "System certification is an essential qualification for the development and renewal of licensed e-cigarette companies."
There are also some points of concern, such as companies with changes in address and shareholders must prepare their materials in advance. Additionally, companies with rectification items during inspections need to prepare for factory audits, and those with fire safety proposals should confirm whether they meet the conditions and complete fire safety filings promptly.
Some regions are also holding meetings to assist with renewals, such as in Bao'an and Guangming Districts of Shenzhen.

According to last year's statistics, about 100 companies had licenses expiring in July, which is significantly more than the 30 or so in June. Among those expiring in July are core companies like Zhuolineng, SMOK, Green Yunda, Jier, Xingke, Haoyuan Electronics, Houshan Electronics, Xinhui Weiyu, Aidi Sheng Technology, and Shangze Biology. Some companies had licenses expiring at the end of July last year, such as Shangze Biology, which is also in the process of renewal. This company obtained licenses for both its Dongguan and Shenzhen branches last year.
According to the 10-day advance renewal policy, it means that licenses expiring on July 20 have already been in the renewal process or have announced obtaining new licenses.
Xingke Electronics in July can be considered one of the factories with the largest orders and has already announced successful renewal.
Moreover, last July's highlight was that many licensed Chinese brand companies obtained licenses, such as Moti, Bode, Xiao Ye, Benwu Technology, etc.

It is also noted that while the production license renewals are ongoing, retail market retail licenses are also being pushed for renewal, but retail licenses generally have a validity period of one year.

(Retail license renewals are also coming)
Some store owners have expressed, "After four years, we still need to focus on cultivating the market."
Renewal means that in the second half of the year, there will be more efforts to develop overseas markets!
In fact, from preliminary understanding this year, the renewal difficulty is not high, and generally, renewals can be achieved.
A brand owner has also clearly stated, "As long as the business is relatively stable, the renewal difficulty is not high."
However, after renewal, it means that business must continue.
Renewal also means regaining the e-cigarette production license, obtaining legal qualifications, and meeting the market entry threshold. Another implication is that preparations for a year's market orders must be made, and many companies have already started their overseas actions for the second half of the year.
For example:
1. Should we go overseas to find potential customers?
2. Are existing customers sufficient to maintain factory orders?
3. Is there a plan for the expansion of global regional markets?
4. Where should we look for markets in the second half of the year?
5. After considering the cost expenditures in the first half of the year, what method is more suitable for customer acquisition in the second half of the year?
