Venezuela has banned all vaping products.
Last week, the country’s Ministry of Popular Power for Health issued a resolution prohibiting the manufacture, storage, distribution, circulation, commercialization, import, export, use, consumption, advertising, promotion, and sponsorship of electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS).
In addition, electronic non-nicotine delivery systems (ENNS), consumables, tanks or cartridges, refill containers for consumables, and other accessories are also banned.
This means Venezuela joins Argentina and Brazil in banning vaping products in South America. The country’s health ministry said, “This measure was adopted in response to alerts issued by the World Health Organization (WHO).”
