Kanger’s Innovative Patent: An Electronic Atomization Device With a Separately Replaceable Oil Reser

According to reports from Zhongsu, Shenzhen Kanger Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kanger Technology") has recently applied for an innovative patent related to an electronic atomization device with a separately replaceable oil reservoir.

Kanger Technology's CEO Zhu Xiaochun stated that this patent addresses the issues of difficulty in separately replacing the oil reservoir and material waste in existing electronic atomization devices.

In this patent, the oil reservoir component includes an oil chamber and an oil element contained within the oil chamber, with a channel defined in the middle. The atomization component includes a hollow shell and an atomizer fixedly connected to the shell, with a first opening at one axial end of the shell, allowing the oil reservoir component to be inserted and removed from within the shell. When the oil reservoir component is inserted into the shell, one end of the atomizer will enter the channel of the oil reservoir component.

Compared to traditional electronic atomization devices, this device features a simpler and more reasonable assembly method and saves more space. Most importantly, the oil reservoir component can be replaced independently of the atomization component, effectively reducing material waste.

According to Zhu Xiaochun, this technology allows users to independently replace the oil reservoir component, achieving higher sustainability and environmental friendliness, and reducing usage costs to one-eighth of disposable products.

Products utilizing this patent have already received positive feedback from multiple potential customers, and Kanger Technology will continue to iterate and upgrade its design, with the latest generation of products to be released after completing global certification. Zhu Xiaochun emphasized that this product cannot be defined as disposable or pod-based; it combines the convenience of disposables with the sustainability of pod systems.
