Parent Says Suspected Vapes Sold Near Primary School, Shop Owner Claims They Are Magic Props, Not Va
On April 27, according to a report from Elephant News Today, a parent in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, recently posted a video claiming that their child had apparently purchased a vape from a convenience shop near a primary school.

According to the video posted by the parent, the product packaging was labeled “electronic magic prop” and came in a variety of fruit flavors.

On April 27, the shop owner insisted that the items sold in the store were magic props, not tobacco products, and said they could be sent for testing. “It clearly says magic props. They’re toys. You can have them tested.”

On the same day, staff from the Market Supervision Administration of Jiawang District, Xuzhou, said the complaint had been logged and that personnel would be assigned to investigate and handle the matter. “As for the specific outcome, it depends on how the local branch proceeds. Any penalties we impose must have a legal basis.”
