Recently, Yantai Customs seized a traveler who failed to declare an excessive amount of vaping devices and tobacco sticks upon entry. A total of 40 boxes of vaping devices and 38 boxes were found in the traveler's carry-on suitcase and luggage bag, amounting to 15,600 sticks. According to regulations, travelers are allowed to bring in 2 tobacco devices duty-free; 6 vaping device cartridges (liquid vapor products) or products sold in combination with devices (including disposable vaping devices, etc.), but the total liquid capacity must not exceed 12 milliliters.
