HNB heaters, or Heat Not Burn devices, are essential tools used with heat-not-burn products, functioning similarly to lighters by vaporizing smoke through heating rather than burning. During this heating process, the temperature of the heating element can reach up to 300-350°C. To ensure that consumers do not get burned during use, an insulating layer is typically placed between the casing and the heating chamber. The insulating layer structures mainly include: vacuum tubes, thermal cotton, PEEK, and aerogel, among others.
