Xin Network, April 23 Previously, the National Tobacco Monopoly Administration issued a notice regarding the special inspection of the vaping market order, clearly stating that it will severely crack down on the illegal production and sale of "milk tea cups," "cola cans," and other disguised mutated vaping devices, effectively protecting the health and safety of the people, especially the physical and mental health of young people.

According to Qichacha, recently, multiple shops selling disguised mutated vaping devices like milk tea cups have been investigated. For example, a stationery store in Laibin, Guangxi, was found to have milk tea cup vaping devices in flavors such as taro, succulent grape, and refreshing lemon, totaling six varieties of 12 disposable vaping devices. The vaping devices had not been sold successfully and were seized before any illegal profits were made; a stationery store in Liuzhou, Guangxi, purchased 200 milk tea cup vaping devices and sold them to students at a primary school, fully aware that the buyers were students. At the time of the incident, the aforementioned vaping devices had already been sold out, and the market supervision bureau fined the individual 30,000 yuan. (Xin Network reporter)
