In conjunction with the national "E-cigarette Management Measures," the special governance of e-cigarettes has been established as a key focus to protect minors from tobacco products, establishing a long-term governance mechanism. To severely crack down on illegal sales of e-cigarettes to minors, especially middle and primary school students, and effectively protect minors from the harm of e-cigarettes.

On March 10, the Chengguan District Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, in conjunction with the Chengguan District People's Procuratorate, Chengguan Public Security Bureau, and Chengguan District Education Bureau, held a meeting to establish a long-term working mechanism to prohibit the sale of e-cigarettes to minors. The education department organizes schools to carry out legal regulations and anti-smoking publicity, checking for instances of students purchasing and using e-cigarettes, and feeding back relevant clues to the tobacco monopoly administrative department.
