On January 5, the Gulou Public Security Bureau's Xianrenzhuang Police Station received a tip-off that a shop on Sihou Street in Gulou District was illegally selling milk tea cup electronic cigarettes to minors. After receiving the tip, the Xianrenzhuang Police Station, in conjunction with the Xiangguosi Police Station and the urban tobacco monopoly bureau, immediately launched an investigation into the reported shop, seizing six boxes of electronic cigarettes on the spot and administratively penalizing two individuals. After learning about the purchasing channels, Deputy Director Yang Yong of the bureau immediately arranged for police forces to conduct a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the case. After a month of tracing, analyzing, and gathering evidence, two additional suspects were successfully identified. When the timing was right, on March 13, Deputy Director Wang Xiaodong of the Xianrenzhuang Police Station led officers to the suspects' activity location to carry out arrests. After two days and nights of surveillance, they successfully apprehended suspects Zhang and Guo, who were involved in illegal business operations. The two have now been criminally detained in accordance with the law, and the case is under further investigation.<\/p>
