Vuse E-Cigarette U.S. Market Share Reaches 42%, Juul Falls to 26%
According to foreign reports today, RJ Reynolds Vapor Co. continues to widen the market share gap between Vuse and JUUL, according to the latest convenience store report released by Nielsen on Tuesday.

Vuse's market share rose from 41.5% in the previous report to 42.2%, while Juul fell from 26.1% to 26.1%.
According to media reports today, the latest Nielsen analysis covers the four weeks ending March 25.
According to Barclays, Nielsen primarily covers large chain stores. For smaller chains, the group infers trends, which is why trend changes do not immediately appear in Nielsen.
Over the past 12 months, consumer demand for tobacco products has fluctuated, primarily influenced by inflation and the recent rise in traditional cigarette prices.
Ranking third, NJoy remained flat at 2.7%, while Fontem Ventures' blu eCigs remained flat at 1.4%.
On March 6, Altria Group confirmed it would pay $2.75 billion in cash to fully own NJoy, marking another restructuring in the tobacco industry.
Altria cleared the way for the acquisition of NJoy by exiting its minority stake in the second-ranked e-cigarette Juul while obtaining global licensing rights.
Juul's dollar sales in the latest report have dropped from 50.2% in the August 10, 2019 report to 23.9% in the latest report.
In contrast, Reynolds' Vuse has risen 31.1% in the latest report, while NJoy has fallen 10.9%, blu eCigs has dropped 37.4%, and Japan Tobacco's Logic has risen 5.2%.
Back in May 2019, Juul held a 74.6% share of the U.S. e-cigarette market.
