After more than 420 days of research and development and over 1,000 experimental designs, the long-awaited Boulder technology upgrade has finally been unveiled.<\/p>

Fluid Pressure Balance Technology<\/p>

Boulder has always adhered to the 'zero glue principle' because the synchronization of glue and heating systems inevitably produces a certain amount of harmful substances. So, how can we technically avoid the risk of oil leakage without using glue?<\/p>

Boulder adopts a dual-sealed reverse pressure oil injection method, achieving an ideal internal and external pressure difference, thereby minimizing the probability of oil leakage from the source.<\/p>

On the other hand, the internal structure of the oil storage chamber has been upgraded. The upgraded atomization chamber uses a new anti-condensation structure, generating a condensation return system, which also provides double insurance against oil leakage issues that may occur during transportation and use.<\/p>

Airway Stabilization Technology<\/p>

Boulder consistently maintains the 'oil first' principle, where all hardware serves the 'oil'. This hardware technology innovation is also aimed at better compatibility with Fischer oil, enhancing its ability to restore flavor, atomize finely, and provide a fuller taste experience.<\/p>

Equipped with airway stabilization technology, the visible airway in the atomization chamber has been optimized in terms of material and structure, controlling the airflow direction and flow rate to perfection, achieving smooth and balanced suction resistance, ensuring a stable taste from the first puff to the last. Flavor restoration has improved by 55%, and flavor consistency has increased by nearly 90%.<\/p>

Coated Ceramic Heating Technology<\/p>

By continuously optimizing the ceramic gap scheme and heating trajectory design, the upgraded microporous honeycomb ceramic heating technology has a smaller thermal conductivity coefficient, lower density, and lower specific heat capacity compared to traditional technology, significantly improving liquid conduction, liquid locking, taste, and atomization efficiency. The atomization core maintains a more uniform temperature field during the atomization process, with a 30% increase in heating area.<\/p>

The atomization core material uses purer nano-microcrystalline ceramic cores, which have high thermal conductivity, allowing for more thorough atomization in a shorter time, enhancing the fineness of atomization by 60%, and redefining the taste curve, aiming to provide users with a better experience through higher atomization efficiency.<\/p>

Currently, most ceramic cores on the market use thick film printing technology, while Boulder resolutely does not adopt thick film printing. Boulder’s self-developed technology not only increases the heating area for more uniform heating but also makes the ceramic core more durable than those made with thick film printing technology, extending its lifespan. At the same time, it breaks through higher flavor restoration and stronger flavor consistency from a technical perspective.<\/p>

For the first time, a high-precision, ultra-small MEMS attitude sensor has been applied to ENDS, waking up in 0.1 seconds when lifted; resting in sleep mode reduces battery consumption, making your device more user-friendly.<\/p>

To prevent minors from accessing e-cigarettes, Boulder has implemented an 'individual code for each person' approach to auto-age verification before purchasing atomization products. The new intelligent child lock device will utilize the power of technology to minimize the risk of minors accessing e-cigarettes.<\/p>

This further responds to the special cleanup and rectification work plan jointly issued by the Ministry of Public Security, the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the Ministry of Education to severely crack down on illegal activities related to e-cigarettes sold to minors, using the warmth of technology to protect the healthy growth of young people.<\/p>
