VTV Duckbill Atomizer Review

This time, I bring you a finished atomizer that can change your perception—the VTV "Duckbill" atomizer. Its Chinese name is "Intimate Contact" atomizer. Speaking of which, how long has it been since you used a finished atomizer? Indeed, finished atomizers give the impression that they are just for beginners transitioning into vaping. However, this atomizer will change your imagination. Let’s take a look at this atomizer!

First, let’s look at the packaging of the atomizer. It’s a simple top-and-bottom box, with a picture of the atomizer on the front and the atomizer's logo—a standing eagle. The top right corner indicates the color of the atomizer (I received a silver one). The back shows a simple way to disassemble the atomizer core and refill it, which is easy to understand.

Next, let’s open the packaging and see what’s inside.

Inside, there is one atomizer body, one fat glass tank, one duckbill-shaped drip tip (the essence of this atomizer, which we will discuss in detail below), and one atomizer core.

Now, let’s disassemble this atomizer to see its structure.

Now, let’s focus on the two key components of this atomizer! The atomizer core and the "duckbill" drip tip.

The atomizer core has the atomizer's logo engraved on it and is rated for use at 60-100 watts. It’s clear that this is a high vapor atomizer (similar to thunder atomizers). After receiving the atomizer, I used it at 100W for a whole day without experiencing any burnt hits, thanks to its atomizer core structure. The four large oil guide holes allow for smooth oil flow, preventing burnt hits. Additionally, because of the atomizer core, the vapor production is substantial, rivaling that of DIY atomizers, which is one of the reasons it attracted me. In fact, most players abandon finished atomizers due to low vapor production.

Next, let’s talk about the "duckbill" drip tip. I haven’t seen this type of drip tip structure on previous atomizers; it’s quite innovative. This flat and wide airflow design significantly enhances the flavor, making this atomizer stand out. The flat airflow concentrates the vapor, resulting in a richer flavor, while the wide mouth ensures sufficient airflow, allowing the atomizer to produce large vapor clouds while maintaining flavor!

Now, let’s get straight to vaping! This time, we will evaluate four types of e-liquids: 1. Tobacco: Million Red River Black Label Limited. 2. Creamy: Elephant God Strawberry Milk. 3. Icy e-liquid: Yellow Light Ice Milk. 4. Fruity e-liquid: Rock Candy Snow Pear Chrysanthemum Tea. A good atomizer should not be picky about e-liquids and should work well with any type, and these four types cover most of the e-liquid varieties available on the market.

I vaped all four e-liquids for a day with this atomizer and had a great experience. Without the "duckbill," the flavor was only average, but the vapor production was substantial. However, after switching to the duckbill, the flavor improved significantly, even surpassing some DIY atomizers. In terms of flavor, it leans towards richness, and the resolution is quite good, allowing me to taste the complex notes of the e-liquid from start to finish. It doesn’t discriminate against e-liquids and is suitable for any type, making it perfect for both seasoned vapers and beginners.

In summary, this atomizer is suitable for various users. Its flavor and vapor production are comparable to any DIY atomizer. Honestly, I haven’t used a finished atomizer for nearly two years, but this one truly impressed me. It’s one of the few finished atomizers I’ve used. In terms of aesthetics, its short and stout shape can fit any box mod, and it’s quite standard without any standout features.
