VGOD has developed its product lineup from mechanical mods to box devices, forming two distinct paths. One is the PRO series, which focuses on cost-effectiveness and practical pricing, paired with sufficiently "trendy" product designs that have been widely recognized by players; the other is the ELITE series, which targets the high-end market and is also highly sought after by players. Today, I will share with you VGOD's latest offering, the PRO MECH 2 KIT mechanical mod set.

The packaging continues VGOD's signature multi-layer design, which is a hallmark of the brand's high-end appeal.     Upon opening, the package contains the PRO MECH 2 KIT mechanical mod and a dripping atomizer, along with a fully English instruction manual, a spare spring, a bunch of fancy coils, and a screwdriver for the O-rings. vgod mechanical mod 3rd gen kit review     The mechanical mod is named PRO MECH 2, representing the successor to the PRO MECH mod. The biggest change is in its appearance; after VGOD released images of this kit, many e-cigarette players commented on the design, with some saying it’s too unique and others praising it. Everyone has different standards, but for a brand or product, being willing to change is indeed a good thing.     With this new design, some players jokingly refer to it as the "grenade mod" because the shape of the mod does resemble a "grenade". The word "VGOD" is prominently displayed in the center, while the atomizer interface at the top and the button at the bottom remain unchanged from the first generation. Currently, VGOD has only released a copper version; whether they will launch an aluminum version or different colors remains to be seen, but most players will still choose the black copper version.     When you remove the button at the bottom, you can see that the "grenade" sleeve on the mod is detachable. The specific material of the sleeve has not been disclosed by the official, but it resembles hard plastic, maintaining high hardness while allowing for some flexibility. The surface treatment gives it a great feel and also provides good anti-slip properties. The surface of the mod still uses the coarse grain sandblasted coating like the first generation, which feels great. In terms of dimensions, it measures 86mm in length and 24mm in diameter (22mm without the sleeve). It doesn’t appear bulky, and the 24mm size is currently a popular trend. vgod mechanical mod 3rd gen kit review     As for the button, the middle part is a silver-plated screw, surrounded by three pressure relief holes and three cylindrical structures.     Upon disassembly, you can see that it still uses a physical feedback spring button, but these three independent pillars are definitely a unique design.     When pressed, the actual contact points for the battery are these three pillars, while the silver-plated screw in the middle only serves to connect and conduct electricity. It’s important to note that users should avoid disassembling the button upon receiving it, as the spring's reaction force can misalign the electrode pillars. Additionally, the factory applies oil to the button for lubrication, which will not affect actual use.     For the atomizer, VGOD did not develop a new method but paired it with the already released ELITE dripping atomizer.     This atomizer differs from the original PRO DRIP in terms of the electrode pillar and drip tip, but overall craftsmanship remains at a high standard. The vacuum plating combined with a matte finish and sandblasted treatment on the base is quite satisfying.     The entire airflow setup on the base has been noticeably optimized, making airflow smoother and more compact, which significantly enhances flavor.     The electrode pillar features a dual pillar and hollow design, with large apertures that can easily accommodate various coil configurations. The two gold-plated locking screws have anti-slip textures, allowing for manual tightening and further securing with the top threads.     Thus, the wicking process with this atomizer is very convenient and quick. Additionally, the deep oil reservoir on the base enhances its endurance.     Regarding flavor performance, many players worry that the fixed large-diameter drip tip and lack of compression space may make the flavor feel hollow. However, this concern is quite unnecessary. The atomizer's space is designed for coil configurations or low-resistance wires, and combined with the slightly tighter airflow, the flavor it produces is much better than expected.     As for the mechanical mod's output, VGOD has never disappointed players. However, due to the three contact points, the carbon buildup on the battery and output is further reduced, so there’s no need to worry too much about that.     Overall, the PRO MECH 2 KIT, as a new generation mechanical mod product, maintains a high standard of craftsmanship, and the user experience is also very pleasing. Regarding its controversial appearance, whether players will accept it or not, manufacturers must be brave enough to innovate and change with new products. Looking back at VGOD's products, they have consistently followed the high-end route, and those who choose it are often trendsetters with unique personalities. Therefore, its target audience is very clear, and with a retail price of 598 yuan, it also makes it more cost-effective compared to previous products. #p#分页标题#e#
