Our review subject is named GHOUL, which achieves what most similar atomizers cannot with the simplest structure and basic design. Just like the GHOUL in WAR3. Let's take a look at this GHOUL RDA launched by the brand BLITZ under the company Aijuer, which is officially named "Demon" RDA in Chinese, while e-cigarette news prefers to call it "Ghoul" RDA.
The GHOUL RDA is packaged in a pull-out, orange paper box measuring 86.6*76.5*37.1mm, with geometric lines printed on the surface. Through the front window of the box, you can see the true face of the GHOUL RDA. The front of the box features the product name and logo, while the side contains standard warning text, contact information, and anti-counterfeiting inquiry methods. There are two versions available: stainless steel and black. Upon opening the package, you will find: one GHOUL RDA, one PC material 810 drip tip, and one accessory pack. The accessory pack includes: one spare ceramic pressure plate, one spare locking screw, one bottom-fill 510 positive screw, one key-type flat screwdriver, and several spare O-rings.
The GHOUL RDA has a barrel shape, measuring 32.5mm in length and 22-23.5mm in diameter, with a bare weight of 48g. The size is in line with current mainstream standards, but this diameter may be a bit... for those who are perfectionists.
The GHOUL RDA consists of three parts: the drip tip, atomization chamber, and base, which are sealed together with O-rings.
The drip tip of the GHOUL RDA has an inner diameter of 9.4-13.5mm and a thickness of 6.6mm, with a funnel-shaped interior. There are two materials available for the drip tip: snake-patterned resin and transparent PC, with the transparent PC drip tip featuring diagonal textured engraving on the outer wall.
The cover of the GHOUL RDA has a bowl-shaped dome structure inside, with an atomization chamber inner diameter of 20mm and an actual atomization space height of 10mm. The lower part of the atomization chamber has a symmetrical set of 6*2.5mm air intake holes. This air intake works in combination with the air intake holes on the base to adjust the airflow.
The base of the GHOUL RDA adopts a single-coil pressure plate structure, with a minimum distance of 4.8mm between the positive and negative electrodes and a 6mm deep cotton slot. The pressure plate is made of ceramic, and the PEK insulating pad inside the base separates the positive and negative electrode areas, while the ceramic pressure plate serves to insulate, fix, and press the wire.
The lower part of the base has two different types and specifications of side air intake holes. One side has a conventional oval side air intake hole measuring 6*2.5mm, while the other side has an air intake hole shape similar to that of the Hadaly V3; this combination of side air intake structures is quite rare.
From the above image, we can clearly see that this combination of air intake structures has several advantages:
1. It can blow air more evenly onto the heating wire while keeping the overall airflow unchanged.
2. It increases the impact force of the atomizer's airflow while keeping the overall airflow unchanged, adding a certain amount of draw resistance.
Since the distance between the positive and negative electrodes is 4.8mm, it is easy to install standard heating wires on the GHOUL RDA, such as 22G or 24G, and making the wire is simple and convenient.
Although the GHOUL RDA is easy to install heating wires, there are still a few points to note:
1. The distance between the heating wire and the electrode platform needs to be controlled, as it directly affects the draw resistance and vapor flavor.
2. When wicking, be careful not to block the air intake holes with the cotton, as this will affect airflow and change the draw resistance and flavor.

The drip tip of the GHOUL RDA has a moderate fit and wrapping feel, and the overall experience can only be considered acceptable; when using the above four sets of data, even with the airflow fully open, the atomizer's draw resistance does not feel empty; the atomizer performs excellently in temperature control, and when using triple-core Clapton, there was no burning sensation during continuous deep lung inhales; the flavor performance of the atomizer is quite excellent, with the vapor accurately restoring the flavor of the e-liquid, soft vapor, and good resolution and layering. The three types of e-liquids tested on the GHOUL RDA all performed well in terms of flavor, with no issues of picky e-liquids.
The GHOUL RDA has a simple structure and is easy to build, and although it uses side airflow, both of its air intake holes are different in shape—one is a conventional side air intake hole, while the other resembles the Hadaly V3's air intake hole. This combination provides ample airflow, excellent impact force, and draw resistance. The 20mm inner diameter of the atomization chamber and the 10mm actual atomization space height allow for sufficient fusion of vapor and air, resulting in a smooth, rich, and layered flavor that most single-coil RDA products cannot achieve. Most single-coil RDAs currently on the market have limited atomization space and narrow building space, leading to poor vapor smoothness, layering, and resolution, and often result in picky e-liquids, making it difficult for other e-liquids to perform well in such RDAs.
