D.IN-VTV DUCK.in Atomizer Review

Pre-built atomizers have some inherent advantages, and they are essential products for those who are lazy or new to vaping. However, there are also several minor issues that plague pre-built atomizers, such as oil leakage and dry hits. Today, I bring you an interesting pre-built atomizer, the D.IN-VTV atomizer produced by the PHY-ANT team.
First, its packaging is a common box design, but a thoughtful detail is that the back of the box prints the installation instructions for the atomizer core and the correct refilling method, which is a feature many atomizers lack, showing the manufacturer's sincerity.
The pre-installed drip tip cap is volcano-shaped, providing good heat insulation and comfort. The flat drip tip cap is quite interesting, with two metal rings designed inside. When the cap is tightened, the angle of the drip tip can be adjusted freely, providing a comfortable experience, and the flat drip tip is more suitable for mouth-to-lung vaping, delivering a fuller flavor.
The experience with the duck mouthpiece is better than that of the round mouthpiece; the vapor produced is relatively finer compared to the round mouthpiece, and the tobacco flavor is more accurately reproduced, making one want to take continuous puffs. However, after taking three consecutive puffs, the mouthpiece became quite hot.
The actual experience is also a standout feature of the VTV atomizer; the bottom airflow structure provides a very good flavor. However, the question arises: bottom airflow is prone to oil leakage. In multiple tests, as long as the VTV atomizer is depressurized first, it will not leak oil. The power range of 60-100w is quite broad, and even at peak power, continuous large puffs do not cause burning of the coil.
I used the cov xion mod with the Wolf series tobacco flavor number one e-liquid. After installing the atomizer, the displayed resistance was 0.18, and I set it to 50w. Since I was using tobacco e-liquid, I personally prefer not to use too high wattage. First, I used the round mouthpiece with the airflow closed 2/3, and the flavor was noticeably sweeter than my previous atomizer, accurately reproducing the flavor of the e-liquid, which was nice. Even with the airflow fully open, it could still effectively express the tobacco flavor; the only downside was that there was quite a bit of condensation, and I hope the final version will have a slightly longer mouthpiece.
In summary, this duck atomizer is quite good overall, especially the experience with the duck mouthpiece, which is relatively stronger than the round mouthpiece. Due to the overall short structure of the atomizer, the flavor is more concentrated. Using the round mouthpiece would provide a more explosive flavor experience.
Because of this short structure, although the oil inlet has a funnel design to prevent leakage, there is still quite a bit of condensation, and the round mouthpiece is relatively short, which can lead to condensation burning the lips. I strongly recommend lengthening the round mouthpiece.
Another point is that this atomizer cannot be filled with oil from the bottom; there is a situation where the mouthpiece turns along with the atomizer core when refilling, perhaps the manufacturer could reverse the direction of the screw tightness to solve this issue.
In terms of flavor, the flat drip tip offers a richer flavor profile than the round one, but the flavor presented is not the best representation of the e-liquid. From its airflow perspective, the overall airflow is too large, leading to a somewhat hollow taste, and using too high wattage can make the vapor too hot.
