For KayFun Prime, there are still many heating wire materials and wire diameters that can be used. You can choose A1 heating wire with a strong taste, or you can choose temperature-controlled heating wire with a clear taste. Of course, single-core Clapton and twisted wire are also optional types. Let's talk about the installation operation of this atomizer when using ordinary power wire/temperature control wire/fancy heating wire:
1. Power wire (ordinary coil):
It is recommended to use Cantel A1 heating wire. Due to the good oil guiding performance and variability of air intake volume of this atomizer, the wire diameter of the heating wire can be selected between 0.32/0.4/0.5.
The ring diameter of 2.5mm, which is commonly used in mouth-suction atomizers, is still recommended. This ring diameter can not only ensure good air flow to wrap the coil, but also provide enough oil conducting cotton to avoid oil leakage caused by too little oil conducting cotton.
When using a thread diameter of 0.32, there is no need to bend the line foot to strengthen the fixation. When using a thread diameter of 0.4 and above, it is best to bend the line foot into the locking wire groove to enhance the resistance of the screw to the line foot.
The recommended data is 0.32 (7 - 8 cycles)/0.4 (6 - 7 cycles)/0.5 (6 - 7 cycles).
After installing the coil and burning the wire, it is time to install the oil conducting cotton. There is a very metaphysical problem here. 3. Fancy heating wire (single-core Clapton/twisted wire)
The choice of fancy heating wire only needs to pay attention to the wire diameter not exceeding the diameter of the wire locking groove. After all, a thicker wire diameter requires more contact area to obtain better firmness. In addition, attention should also be paid to the coil width. After all, the width of the air inlet is limited, so it is only necessary to ensure that the coil width is close to the length of the air inlet.
