What Should You Do If a RELX Pod Produces No Vapor?

Question: What should you do if a RELX pod produces no vapor?

It just won’t produce anything at all…??

At first I thought it was the device, but when I switched to another pod, it worked easily.

No matter how hard I puff on this one, nothing comes out. So frustrating.

Answer: Reasons why a RELX pod may not produce vapor

You can try the following 4 methods step by step:

1. Use a cotton swab or tissue to wipe the four contact points at the top of the device.

2. Try a different pod to see whether it works normally.

3. Gently tap the bottom of the device and the pod on a flat tabletop to disperse any condensation buildup.

4. Press the 4 small copper contacts on the bottom of the pod, insert the pod into the device, move it slightly, and then try using it again.

5. Check roughly how much e-liquid is left. If the e-liquid level is too low, uneven heating may prevent vapor production.
Note: If this is your first time using it, remember to remove the transparent plug from the pod~ (For Infinity pods, the transparent plug is located in the center of the bottom of the pod. It must be removed before use for atomization to work.)
