We have collected some common issues and troubleshooting methods for the YOOZ 2nd Gen vape device and pods. Friends encountering these issues can refer to this guide.

1. Issue: The atomizer does not light up when the pod is inserted, cannot be activated, and produces no vapor.

Reason: The atomizer is out of battery.

Troubleshooting: Connect the charging cable and charge for 30-40 minutes to see if it can be used normally.

2. Issue: The atomizer lights up and flashes 3 times or flashes more than 10 times when inhaling, producing no vapor.

Reason 1: The atomizer battery is low.

Troubleshooting: Connect the charging cable and charge for 30-40 minutes to see if it can be used normally.

Reason 2: The atomizer battery is faulty.

Troubleshooting: After charging, if it only produces a few puffs of vapor and then the LED flashes 10 times.

3. Issue: The atomizer lights up when the pod is inserted, can be activated, but produces no vapor.

Reason: Pod issue.

Troubleshooting: After charging the atomizer, if it flashes 3 times when unplugged, and lights up when inhaling directly, replacing the pod should resolve the issue.

4. Issue: The atomizer lights up when the pod is inserted, cannot be activated, and produces no vapor.

Reason: Atomizer malfunction (caused by a damaged contact leading to oil leakage).

Troubleshooting: Replace multiple pods to see if the issue persists.

5. Issue: The atomizer does not light up when the pod is inserted, can be activated, but produces no vapor.

Reason 1: Foreign objects or oil residue at the contact point, causing a poor connection.

Troubleshooting: Use a tissue to wipe the contact point to see if it can produce vapor normally.

Reason 2: Internal short circuit in the atomizer.

Troubleshooting: If the LED does not light up when the pod is inserted, but lights up when inhaling directly, replacing multiple pods should confirm the issue.

6. Issue: The atomizer does not light up when charging.

Reason 1: Battery is fully charged.

Troubleshooting: Confirm if the battery is charged, remove it for use; if it still does not produce vapor, try a different pod as the issue is likely with the pod.

Reason 2: Over-discharge protection.

Troubleshooting: Regardless of whether the light is on, charge for 30-40 minutes to reactivate the battery; it should return to normal on the next charge.

Reason 3: Atomizer malfunction.

Troubleshooting: After charging for 30-40 minutes, unplug the power, insert the pod, and check if the LED lights up.

7. Issue: The atomizer heats up / LED light flashes irregularly.

Reason: Oil leakage in the atomizer.

Troubleshooting: Clean according to the "oil leakage handling method"; if there is no improvement, contact customer service.

8. Issue: Liquid on the outer wall of the pod, liquid in the mouthpiece, or oil at the bottom of the pod (atomization chamber).

Reason 1: Condensate leakage.

Troubleshooting: If there is liquid on the outer wall or mouthpiece, use a tissue to wipe it; if a small amount of liquid is present, wrap it in a tissue and shake it to expel some brown liquid, which is condensate. After wiping, it can be used normally (if a "gurgling" sound occurs during inhalation, it indicates condensate; please clean it promptly).

Reason 2: Oil leakage.

Troubleshooting: Wrap the pod in a tissue, hold it upside down, and shake it a few times; if only a small amount of brown liquid is expelled, it is condensate; if a lot of liquid is expelled repeatedly, it indicates oil leakage (check if there is severe liquid accumulation in the atomization chamber).

9. Issue: The pod does not produce vapor.#p#分页标题#e#

Reason 1: Poor contact.

Troubleshooting: Insert multiple times or gently tilt one side to see if it can produce vapor.

Reason 2: Pod malfunction.

Troubleshooting: If it still does not produce vapor after multiple insertions, but other pods work on this atomizer, it indicates the atomizer is fine.

Reason 3: Atomizer malfunction.

Troubleshooting: If the atomizer has power and multiple pods do not work, it indicates the atomizer is faulty.
