Fault 1: Low or No Smoke

1. The battery may be low or dead; you need to charge or replace the battery. Please note that the first charge must be for 8-10 hours; afterward, it only needs to be charged for 3-4 hours. Additionally, pay attention to the positive and negative terminal orientation.

2. There may be insufficient e-liquid; you need to replace the pod or add some e-liquid, being careful not to damage the threads when replacing the pod.

3. There may be too much e-liquid; you can remove excess e-liquid from the device using the following methods: remove the pod and use a fine needle to clear the reset hole, or remove the pod and blow into the reset hole. It is best not to change pods too frequently, and do not add too much e-liquid.

4. There may be dirt on the power contact points; please clean the contact points between the power and the indicator light. If not used for a long time, it is best to remove the battery.

5. If you are sucking too hard, and there are no issues mentioned above but still little smoke, it may be due to excessive sucking. Please do not suck too hard; gentle sucking will produce more vapor.

Fault 2: Indicator Light Always On

1. The electromagnetic induction switch may be slow to respond; gently tap the device to activate the switch, but do not hit it too hard.

Fault 3: Device Heats Up When Not in Use

1. The battery may be connected in reverse; you need to connect the battery correctly. Be careful not to damage the threads when reconnecting the battery.

2. The electromagnetic induction switch may not be turning off; you should remove the battery, gently tap the device to cool it down, and reinstall the battery. If the problem persists, it is best to return it for repair.

Fault 4: E-Liquid on the Battery

There may be e-liquid leakage; you need to remove the battery and dry the e-liquid inside the device. Minor leakage is not a major issue, but if it is severe, it is best to return it for repair.

Fault 5: Dim Indicator Light

The battery may be low or dead; charge or replace the battery. When charging, it is best to continue charging even after the charger's indicator light turns green.
