Why does vaping make a sizzling sound? Is this noise normal?
A sizzling sound is normal. When the atomizer is working, the coil temperature rises above 200 degrees, and the reaction when heating the e-liquid is quite intense. So some sound is normal. If it becomes more of a gurgling noise, that usually means there is condensation inside the pod or atomizer. Turn the vaping device upside down and shake it gently to remove the condensed liquid.
Generally, if it is a light draw pod, the sound may be more noticeable.

E-cigarettes, also known as electronic vaporizers, are mainly used for smoking cessation and as an alternative to traditional cigarettes. They have a similar appearance to cigarettes and a similar taste, sometimes even richer than regular cigarettes. They can also produce vapor and deliver a cigarette-like experience.
An e-cigarette is a cigarette-like device made up of a lithium battery, an atomizer, and a pod. Liquid containing nicotine is atomized into vapor through the atomizer and inhaled directly, without producing smoke during the process. E-cigarettes do not contain tar or suspended particulate matter found in cigarettes, nor some other harmful components. Manufacturers also claim that e-cigarettes do not produce pervasive or lingering secondhand smoke.
