How Long Does a VVILD Pod Last? A User’s First-Hand Experience
I used to smoke about 2 packs every 3 days myself, around 13–14 cigarettes a day. With 6mg e-liquid, I would use about 3–4ml per day. A 15ml bottle of 6mg nicotine e-liquid is roughly equivalent to about 3.5 packs of cigarettes. If it’s 12mg nicotine strength, then 15ml is about equal to 5 packs.
That’s only a rough estimate, though. Vaping can’t be completely converted into cigarettes on a one-to-one basis.
If you go by puff count, it’s about 3 packs of cigarettes, but that also depends on your smoking style.

If you look at nicotine content, one pod at 60mg is roughly equivalent to one pack at 20mg, while regular cigarettes are usually around 10–15mg nicotine. That’s just a general comparison.
So one pod is about equal to three packs of cigarettes.
One pod is roughly equivalent to three packs of cigarettes. At my personal pace of about one pack every 3 days, one pod can last me around 4 days. That’s because with a vaping device, you can take a puff anytime, while a traditional cigarette has to be lit, and even if you only take one puff, you still end up throwing the whole cigarette away.
In that sense, vaping can actually help reduce your smoking expenses.
