When using the LVLUO green plant e-cigarette, we occasionally encounter malfunctions. Today, I will introduce some repair methods.

Issue 1: Little or No Vapor

1. The battery may be low or dead; you need to charge or replace the battery. Please note that the first charge must be for 8-10 hours; afterward, only charge for 3-4 hours. Also, pay attention to the correct orientation.

2. There may not be enough e-liquid. You need to replace the cartridge or add some liquid. When replacing the cartridge, be careful not to damage the threads.

3. There may be too much e-liquid. You can remove excess e-liquid from the device using the following methods. On one hand, remove the cartridge and use a fine needle to poke through the reset hole. On the other hand, remove the cartridge and blow into the reset hole. It is best not to change the cartridge too frequently and not to overfill it when lighting the liquid.

4. There may be dirt on the power contacts. Please clean the contact points between the power and the indicator light. If not used for a long time, it is best to remove the battery.

5. You may be drawing too hard. If there are no issues mentioned above and vapor production is still low, it may be because you are drawing too forcefully. Please do not draw too hard; instead, gently inhale to produce a smooth vapor.

Issue 2: Indicator Light Stays On

1. The electromagnetic induction switch may be slow. Gently tap the device to move the switch, but do not apply too much force.

Issue 3: Device Heats Up When Not in Use

1. The battery may be connected incorrectly; ensure the correct orientation of the battery. Be careful not to damage the threads when replacing the battery.

2. The electromagnetic induction switch must not be disconnected. You must remove the battery, gently tap the device to cool it down, and then replace the battery. If the problem persists, it is best to return it for repair.

Issue 4: E-Liquid on the Battery

There may be a leak of e-liquid. You must remove the battery to dry the e-liquid inside the device. Minor leaks will not cause significant issues, but serious ones are best sent back for repair.

Issue 5: Dim Indicator Light

The battery may be low or dead. The battery should show a green light when charging or when the charger is connected. It is best to continue charging.
