3. Why is the RELX Qingfeng so cheap?

This is because the RELX Qingfeng is a “stripped-down” version compared to regular vaporizers. The device is made from a phenolic material, which is naturally cheaper than aluminum alloy. However, the control limits for the phenolic material are the same as those for drinking water hygiene standards, so you can use it with confidence.
