Due to the policy issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on March 22, stating that "e-cigarettes and other new tobacco products will be implemented according to cigarette regulations," the reshuffling of the domestic e-cigarette market has accelerated. According to relevant channels, the global vaping technology market leader, SIGELEI, will invest over 100 million yuan in the next three years to make a strong comeback in the domestic market.

Previously, there were many e-cigarette brands in the market. Since the second half of last year, the entire market has entered a phase of explosive growth. If we recall the fierce competition in the e-cigarette market in 2019, it was a meeting of various capital and brands. However, in the second half of last year and this year, 2021, brands have rapidly settled in the offline market, with increasingly grounded offline stores guiding market users to become more familiar with the industry. Almost everywhere, you can see people carrying e-cigarette products.

E-cigarettes have become an innovative electronic consumer product, increasingly popular worldwide. From the development of the global e-cigarette industry's market scale, the overall scale of the e-cigarette industry shows an upward trend; consumer acceptance of e-cigarette products continues to rise.

Transition of the E-Cigarette Era

I was once a seasoned player, having experienced the rapid transition from the big cloud era to the small cloud market, so my understanding of SIGELEI is deeply rooted. SIGELEI's Domestic Explosion, Planning to Invest Over 100 Million in Three Years to Establish a Dominant Position

According to public information, by the end of 2020, SIGELEI had already formed the "Wuji" domestic market team. The Wuji domestic market team operates independently from SIGELEI's international market operations team, which is responsible for the domestic operation and promotion of several heavyweight small cloud and Wuji series adjustable large cloud brands, including Xiao Lei, Xiao Bao, and Daofeng. In the next three years, they will cumulatively invest over 100 million yuan to build a global vaping technology leading brand.

Currently, the founding team of Wuji Technology is centered around Ou Junbiao, the president of the E-Cigarette Industry Committee of the China Electronic Commerce Association, with team members coming from the tobacco, fast-moving consumer goods, and internet industries.

Before the establishment of the Wuji domestic market team, SIGELEI successfully developed six world-class brands, including SIGELEI, SNOWWOLF, FUCHAI, VCIGO, KAOS, and COMPAK, which have strong brand appeal in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Canada, Australia, Russia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Among them, the SNOWWOLF series products once ranked among the top three in sales in the United States.

In the domestic market, SIGELEI began its layout as early as 2019, successively launching the first, second, and third generations of Xiao Lei.

Building Wuji, Strongly Returning to the Domestic Market

The reason for choosing 2021 as the full outbreak point for the domestic market, according to Wuji Technology's general manager, Cao Hui, is that industry regulatory policies are becoming clearer, and regulatory standardization is accelerating the industry's elimination race. The "Matthew Effect" is forming for brands with R&D capabilities and brand influence, and standardized brands will usher in significant development opportunities in the domestic market, which is precisely SIGELEI's advantage.

Mid-High-End Daofeng Series

According to internal channels from SIGELEI, a mid-high-end brand Daofeng series small cloud atomization product is about to be launched. This Daofeng series focuses on a closed pod system. In the e-cigarette industry, SIGELEI is one of the few brands that integrates e-cigarette R&D, production, e-liquid technology, and participation in industry standard formulation into a complete ecological chain. This series is a significant product developed based on SIGELEI's years of experience.

Product Appearance

As the name suggests, the Daofeng's design resembles a military knife, fierce and powerful, with a strong recognition factor. The atomization rod is made of aviation aluminum, using anodized surface treatment technology, making the body color more delicate and vibrant, and more wear-resistant.

Vaping Experience

The Daofeng has upgraded its flavor, with improvements in flavor restoration and overall taste richness. According to SIGELEI's official disclosure, this upgrade has increased flavor persistence by 30% and improved taste by 15%, while also further increasing vapor production. One reason for this flavor upgrade is that the Daofeng's atomizer uses completely proprietary materials and an automated production system, making it the first fully automated electronic atomizer production line in the domestic e-vaping industry.

User Experience

At the same time, SIGELEI's mid-high-end Daofeng series does not sacrifice user experience or change the appearance size, optimizing the internal structure of the atomization rod to increase the battery capacity to 400mAh. The Daofeng adopts a newly upgraded battery design and a custom charging module, extending the charging time to about 60 minutes.

Smart and User-Friendly

More user-friendly, the Daofeng uses AI smart detection technology. After continuous inhalation for 5 seconds, the white LED light provides a smart reminder to help you avoid bad smoking habits.
