The target of this review is LOMEX Salt Cube e-liquid, which comes in four flavors. This review covers Mellow Cigar and Classic Tobacco, both of which are nicotine salt e-liquids.

1. Appearance Evaluation

The packaging is a square black box, with the brand logo, flavor, and 30ml, 35mg nicotine salt printed in gold and silver on the front.

The back contains warnings and instructions. What’s inside the square box? A square box isn’t necessary for 30ml.

Inside the box is a cardboard holder containing a cap with a straw, an empty syringe bottle, and a bottle of e-liquid.

This is a great design; the straw cap can be used to fill the atomizer, and the syringe bottle can be used to fill the pods of small devices. The e-liquid bottle is made of frosted glass with an aluminum cap, which feels premium.

The information is accurate. This e-liquid does not have anti-counterfeiting verification, which should be improved in the future.

3. Usage Evaluation

The device used for this review is the EXCEED EDGE pod system, as its pods can be replaced with different atomizers. I have several atomizers, which ensures that there is no flavor mixing when changing e-liquids.

The EXCEED EDGE produces a large amount of vapor, allowing for a better tasting experience of the e-liquid.

1. Mellow Cigar e-liquid.

After injecting the e-liquid and fully saturating the atomizer, the first impression is very much like tobacco, with a hint of roasted tobacco leaf flavor, quite reminiscent of a cigar.

I used a whole pod over half a day; this e-liquid is potent, smooth, and not harsh, which is characteristic of nicotine salt e-liquids. Nowadays, nicotine salts are well blended, and it’s rare to feel the nicotine salt sensation. The vapor in the pod is rich and full; upon careful tasting, the flavor resembles the black sail I’ve tried, with a roasted tobacco leaf taste, but richer than black sail, without the ashtray flavor, closer to a cigar, which feels great.

2. Classic Tobacco e-liquid.

After changing the atomizer and cleaning the pod, I started vaping Classic Tobacco. The first impression is that it’s similar to other tobacco e-liquids but richer. After repeated tastings, the tobacco flavor gradually emerged, with large vapor production, smooth throat hit, and a satisfying kick.

Drawbacks:

1. Adding anti-counterfeiting verification would make it perfect.

Summary:

LOMEX’s Mellow Cigar and Classic Tobacco nicotine salt e-liquids have high restoration, large vapor production, smooth throat hit, and a strong tobacco flavor, making them excellent nicotine salt e-liquids. If they could add anti-counterfeiting verification, that would be perfect.

I prefer Mellow Cigar a bit more; using this e-liquid in a pod system is more acceptable and familiar for smokers.
