GOWEL Pod System Review Report

Design Appearance:

This time, we received the GOWEL pod system kit. The packaging features a classic flip-top design, and the device is made from aluminum alloy with an anodized surface. The front has a breathing light with smart dry-burn protection; when the pod's e-liquid is nearly depleted, the red light flashes six times, and continued inhalation will trigger the dry-burn protection, stopping output. When the battery is above 20%, the white light is on; below 20%, the red light indicates a need for charging. 【Appearance Rating: 8/10

Flavor Restoration and Throat Hit:

The kit comes with three pods: “Chinese Tobacco”, “Black Ice Mint”, and “Green Bean Ice” flavors. The pod e-liquid capacity is 1.5ml, with a heating wire resistance of 1.0 ohm.

Chinese Tobacco: A typical Chinese roasted tobacco flavor with a hint of tar, resembling the common roasted tobacco flavor found in early pod systems. Personally, I find this flavor unappealing. 【Flavor Rating: 5/10

Black Ice Mint: A relatively pure mint herbal flavor without added auxiliary tastes, with a moderate cooling sensation. 【Flavor Rating: 7/10

Oil Leakage:

Condensate:

Oil Explosion:

Burnt Core:

Overall Evaluation:

Overall, it seems that not much effort was put into flavor formulation, and there is insufficient focus on taste. It feels more like a product was made just to create a device. Fortunately, there were no significant errors in oil leakage, condensate, or burnt core, but the overall experience lacks distinct features. Whether this flavor can attract more users will depend on individual experiences!
