As for the price of the RELX 5th Gen, the official app shows that the price for a single device is the same as the 4th Gen: 268 RMB/set (single device pack).

As for the pods, it uses the same pods as the 4th Gen, priced at 99 RMB/box (three pods).

In fact, if we look closely at RELX’s positioning and product changes, it’s clear that the RELX 5th Gen is essentially an upgraded version of the 4th Gen. Its performance indicators have improved across the board, while the price remains basically the same as the 4th Gen.

RELX’s marketing approach tends to make the product sound more complex in order to enhance the brand’s depth and sophistication. The marketing works well, but in my personal opinion as a blogger, this approach is not good for the user experience. You could even say the user experience is quite poor. Supply is insufficient, there are too many product variations, and each generation has its own different flavors. For users, especially new users unfamiliar with the products, the wide variety makes choosing difficult and time-consuming.

Coming back to the RELX 5th Gen, I think once the 5th Gen is out, the 4th Gen could be phased out quickly, since their product positioning and pricing are basically the same.
