RELX 4th/5th Gen Device Troubleshooting: Flashing Red Light, Not Charging, or No Vapor
When using the 4th- and 5th-generation RELX devices, you may encounter a flashing red light, failure to charge, or no vapor. Below are some solutions.
The RELX 4th gen (Infinity) uses a round breathing indicator, while the RELX 5th gen (Phantom) uses a long strip-style breathing indicator. In most cases, you can check the cause through the breathing light.
This can help determine why the 4th/5th gen is flashing red, producing no vapor, vibrating, and so on. Below, let’s take a look at the breathing light status and what each one means.

Note: Please do not use a fast charger or fast-charging cable when charging!!!
Solutions:

1. Short circuit & overcurrent: If the Infinity device flashes red and won’t produce vapor even when fully charged, try cleaning the condensation from the contact points inside the device with a cotton swab, and wipe the condensation droplets from the bottom of the pod with a tissue before using it again~
2. Blow air into the device through the mouthpiece to clear it out—it may work wonders!
3. A normal flashing red light means the battery is low. Make sure the charger plug and cable are firmly connected, but do not use fast charging!
