What is quality? It is quality with taste. Achieving excellence in every detail is what defines quality. Quality must come first; without quality, everything else is meaningless.
What is a customer? A customer is someone who comes, settles down, and is willing to stay without leaving. Why do they stay? Because you have given them a reason to stay; you create value that makes them reluctant to leave and willing to recommend others to come and settle down, which is what we mean by customer first. With a priority, there must be a lesser priority; if you concentrate your efforts, you must temporarily abandon some aspects. No company should spread its resources too thin or try to cover all bases.
Since we insist on quality first, flashy marketing takes a back seat. We do not indulge in gimmicks or strange tactics.
