The Asia-Pacific Conference on Tobacco Control (APCTC) was initiated by non-governmental tobacco control organizations in Asia-Pacific countries and regions, and the first conference was held in 1989.In the sub-forum on Smoking and Lung Cancer, China's thoracic surgery experts introduced that 80% of lung cancers are related to tobacco smoke, so comprehensively avoiding tobacco smoke is the most effective way to prevent and treat lung cancer.
