Heavsig new Magic Box review
In the era when domestic players were not yet familiar with BF devices, a device called the VTinbox was the first to open up the overseas market. The device launched by Heavsig has yet to impress domestic users. However, the new product Magic Box (魔盒) brought by Heavsig is truly a crowd-pleaser, as it aligns with the aesthetic preferences of domestic players and takes all aspects into consideration, adapting to our usage habits.

This review uses the carbon fiber panel version, which comes in Heavsig's signature blue and white packaging, including the Magic Box BF main device, Maze V1.1 RDA, a spare oil bottle, accessories, and a manual.

The Maze V1.1 is an RDA that supports bottom refilling, featuring a simple structure made up of three parts.
The Pei adapter ring has a 510 mouthpiece, and the black outer shell has a non-adjustable airflow. I know that when I say an RDA has a fixed airflow, many players look at me with skepticism. I find it puzzling why some battle caps can rely solely on aesthetics, while many non-adjustable RDAs face unfair treatment. This is clearly not reasonable; some RDAs need to achieve the best experience under fixed airflow, as the designers have already understood the relationship between size and airflow, eliminating the need for additional accessories to reduce specificity. For the Maze V1.1, its airflow is only large, not small, and the 510 mouthpiece does not limit output.
The Maze V1.1's base is classic, with dual posts and four holes for the electrodes, which need no further explanation; the center has a positive screw that allows for multi-directional oil squeezing. For this 22mm RDA, a gentle squeeze can moisten both sides of the coil, and it works well because the multi-directional small holes effectively force oil to flow, ensuring that even if the user holds the device at an angle while squeezing, the e-liquid will still wet both sides.
The accessory package includes a pair of Clapton coils, but I observed that these are A1 material coils, which I did not use because I do not prefer using A1 Clapton coils on single-battery mechanical devices. Their heating speed is slower, and once they reach a satisfactory level of vaporization, their cooling speed is also relatively slow. Therefore, I wound a traditional coil with the specifications: A1-0.6MM wire diameter, 3.0mm coil diameter, 4/5 wraps.
The Maze V1.1 offers excellent vapor density and draw feel, but after large lung inhales, there will be some condensation on the original 510 mouthpiece. We can evaluate it as follows: you might overlook the condensation issue because this 22mm RDA is so good to use, or you might switch to another 510 mouthpiece.
Now let's talk about the brand new Magic Box (魔盒). Its craftsmanship leaves no detail lacking.
When not in use, you can push the fire button up to mechanically lock it, a design that aligns very well with domestic users' habits. Its clear boundaries provide peace of mind. If you disassemble the device's 510 interface and internal cover, you will see that the details of the spring-loaded firing mechanism are very reasonable.
The 7ml silicone oil bottle is soft (the black oil bottle is relatively hard, and you can choose), and a gentle squeeze is enough to supply oil.
Since the device's magnetic cover can be removed from both sides, there is no need for auxiliary pull strings inside the device.
The output of the Magic Box is exceptionally good; if you have used similar mechanical products, you can conclude this without needing to measure data. #p#分页标题#e#
The performance of this Magic Box (魔盒) kit is very good. If I were to summarize its drawbacks, there are generally two points: first, the condensation on the 510 mouthpiece, which has been mentioned earlier; second, its overall performance is impressive, living up to our expectations. This is not surprising, as when discussing BF devices, Heavsig's early models were undoubtedly the pioneers of BF products. From the time domestic players looked down on BF devices to their skepticism, and from initial attempts to acceptance, Heavsig's early models have consistently sold well in overseas markets. However, one day, new products will replace old devices, and the Magic Box is a device that highlights cost-effectiveness and excellent usability.
