As a DIY-style RTA atomizer, an RTA offers strong flavor performance and a certain level of e-liquid capacity, making it more suitable for use on the go, which has earned it a large base of loyal users. However, with so many RTAs on the market, if you still haven’t found the one you really like, perhaps today’s Wotofo BRAVO RTA can win you over.
According to Baidu, “bravo” comes from Italian and is used at concerts to mean “excellent” or “great.” The manufacturer naming the BRAVO RTA “Lao Tie” (literally “old iron,” a slang term meaning a close friend) clearly goes beyond the term’s original meaning. So how well does this cross-over named product actually perform? The BRAVO RTA comes in a drawer-style box with an eco-green main color scheme. The overall packaging is simple, practical, and not flashy.

Product Structure
It can be disassembled into: drip tip, top cap, chamber section, glass tank, and deck base.
The structure is relatively simple.
The BRAVO RTA has a fairly traditional appearance. By today’s standards, it’s not especially eye-catching, but it is plain and understated. Its diameter reaches 25 mm, though it does not look as large as expected. It fits perfectly on today’s mainstream dual-battery mods, though it may be a bit picky when paired with mechanical tubes.
The 25 mm diameter itself already increases e-liquid capacity. In addition, the manufacturer includes an expanded bubble glass, which increases capacity from the standard 4 ml to 6 ml, making it one of the capacity kings among current RTAs.
The stock drip tip on the BRAVO RTA is an 810 resin tip. Thanks to its good heat insulation, there is no need to worry about lip burn. A 510 adapter is also included, allowing easy conversion to a 510 drip tip. This not only satisfies users who prefer different tip formats, but can also bring changes to flavor performance.
The top cap features knurled texturing all around for easier gripping and unscrewing. However, the pattern is quite dense, which may be slightly unpleasant for users uncomfortable with tightly packed textures. The upper opening uses a stepped design that not only reduces the apparent height of the 810 drip tip, but also hides the 510 adapter inside, avoiding any awkward imbalance in the BRAVO RTA’s overall height. The two grooves at the bottom help ensure airtightness between the top cap and chamber section when screwed together, preventing leakage.
Below the top cap, the fill ring and chamber use the now-mainstream integrated design. The two kidney-shaped fill ports are forgiving in terms of both filling tools and filling technique, and standard needle-tip e-liquid bottles can be used directly. Inside the chamber, a stacked domed design is used. In actual use, after the vapor is concentrated twice, both flavor layering and clarity perform very well. Personally, the knurled texturing on the lower part of the chamber feels a bit unnecessary and could have been omitted.
If the stacked domed chamber design is one of the BRAVO RTA’s standout features, then the deck design is its real signature move. Although it still uses a floating GTA-style structure, it has been deeply optimized and improved.
First, the post system uses a downward-clamping structure for securing the wire. Compared with upward-clamping posts, this makes coil installation easier thanks to gravity. The wire holes are rectangular, so there are no overly strict requirements for coil precision. At the same time, the 5.4 mm–11 mm spacing between the two posts offers good compatibility with both simple round wire and most exotic coils, and neither requires deliberately bent leads—you can pretty much install them directly.
Second, the airflow holes on the deck use an airflow-post design with angled guidance, directing outside airflow straight toward the coils and improving atomization efficiency. If you want even richer flavor, you can lower the coil height slightly during installation so the coil sits closer to the opening above the airflow post, but take care to avoid contact with the chamber wall and possible shorting.
In addition, the wick channels use a closed design. Compared with the more common open wick channels, these four wick ports help prevent the cotton from getting caught in the threads during wicking, and they are not very strict about cotton length.
As for coil selection: with the same coil type, the smaller the chamber space, the denser the vapor and the richer the flavor. Since the BRAVO RTA’s chamber reaches 18 mm and has relatively large internal space, larger-surface-area exotic coils will perform better if you want a richer vape.
Like the top cap, the airflow control ring around the base of the BRAVO RTA also features dense knurled texturing. Naturally, airflow adjustment is very easy, and the resistance is moderate. The airflow ring is non-removable and has a 180-degree adjustment range. The 510 pin on the bottom protrudes clearly, so it is completely safe to use on a mechanical mod, though the atomizer can be somewhat picky about the tube diameter—otherwise, the edge may overhang slightly.
This time, the manufacturer has released the BRAVO RTA in six color options, each paired with a different drip tip, giving users plenty of room to choose.
The two domed structures inside the chamber give it strong layering and clarity; the downward-clamping posts reduce the difficulty of coil installation; the closed wick channel design makes wicking easier; and the two drip tip formats can be switched freely, bringing not only visual changes but also differences in flavor. Taken together, both ease of use and flavor performance are highly commendable. If you do not care too much about looks, but want large capacity, easy building, and good flavor, then Wotofo BRAVO (Lao Tie) RTA is well worth a try. #p#分页标题#e#
