Recently, construction officially began on the headquarters building project of IVPS (SMOK) in Guangming District, Shenzhen. The project is located on the south side of the intersection of Guanguang Road and Guangming Avenue in Guangming New District. It covers an area of 6,400 square meters, with a plot ratio of 6.0 and a total floor area of about 38,000 square meters. The planned investment is about 870 million yuan, with expected output value of around 3.8 billion yuan and tax revenue of about 120 million yuan.
In the future, IVPS (SMOK) will rely on its new headquarters base to actively expand into the new electronic atomization sector. With leading industrial design and manufacturing processes, and by integrating mobile internet, cloud computing, big data, and other technologies, it aims to launch high-end intelligent electronic atomization products, build a healthy and complete industry ecosystem, and lead the industry's upgrade and development.
