For the compact vape market, JUSTFOG is a new and youthful brand based in South Korea. Their recently launched Minifit has gained popularity among many users. Now, JUSTFOG brings us a brand new compact device - the C601. Compared to the Minifit, the C601 is slightly larger and features a smooth and comfortable rubber coating on its surface.

The C601 stands out as a compact device due to its clip function, allowing it to be easily attached to clothing or a necklace, making it very convenient to carry. It has a built-in 650mAh battery and a 1.7ml e-liquid capacity.

Device specifications:

Size: 88mm*33mm; built-in 650mAh battery; USB charging capability. JUSTFOG C601 Compact Vape JUSTFOG describes the C601 as a "sporty" device, likely due to its non-slip rubber coating and clip function, which accommodates users during physical activities - users don't even need a dedicated pocket to carry the device. The power button is integrated into the clip, and it can be turned on by clicking it four times in succession.

During use, the clip requires significant force to open. Another benefit of the clip is that it protects the mouthpiece when the device is not in use, but users may need some time to adapt to this design. To use the device, the clip must be moved to one side of the main unit; due to the clip's short length and non-removable design, it cannot rotate 360°. Initially, users may find it a bit awkward to hold, but after getting used to it, the feel won't cause much trouble.
JUSTFOG C601 Compact Vape When refilling the pod, a smaller nozzle is needed; otherwise, e-liquid may overflow. Its refill design is similar to the Minifit, and it is recommended to use high-concentration nicotine salt e-liquids.

The C601's battery capacity is nearly double that of the Minifit, and the power button features an LED indicator to show remaining battery life. When the battery is above 70%, the LED light is white; between 70%-30%, it is blue; and below 30%, it is red. The pod's 1.6ohm resistance is friendly for battery life, allowing the C601 to continuously provide 3.5V output to the pod.

The C601's battery life leaves a very deep impression on users. Under normal use, the battery can last for several days. As for the pod's lifespan, the flavor performance starts to decline after about 5 or 6 refills - occasionally, the pod may produce a bad taste, but prior to that, its performance is excellent. Although the flavor may decrease after multiple refills, it remains usable, just not as outstanding as during the first 10ml.

I must admit that during my use of the C601, I kept it clipped to my pants pocket, which is a very simple and practical feature. Additionally, the mouth-to-lung draw is very comfortable, and the flavor and throat hit are quite pronounced. The longer battery life makes it more suitable for carrying around. However, I do wish the number of coil wraps in the pod could be increased, as many compact devices are doing this now. What do you think of the C601? Feel free to leave a comment below the article.
