How to Clean an E-cigarette Atomizer?
As the number of e-cigarette users continues to grow, more and more novice users are starting to develop into DIY enthusiasts. On this journey of advancement, atomizers have become the primary target for novices. Can you use a new atomizer directly after purchasing it? Absolutely not. A new DIY atomizer must be cleaned before use; otherwise, hygiene cannot be guaranteed, as they are all manually assembled, which inevitably leads to unsanitary practices.

How to Clean an E-cigarette Atomizer?
Today, I will teach you how to clean an atomizer, specifically a DIY atomizer (replaceable coil). We will use the GRS3X atomizer as an example to explain the cleaning process.
First, prepare the cleaning materials: a cup, tweezers, alcohol (medical alcohol), and cotton swabs.
Next, we will disassemble the atomizer in the order from bottom to top: the base, atomizer coil, atomization chamber, and mouthpiece. Note that there are rubber rings at both the top and bottom of the atomizer coil, which should be removed with tweezers. Then, soak the cotton swab in alcohol for 10 seconds, and after taking it out, wipe all parts clean, except for the rubber rings, as alcohol can affect the material of the rubber rings.
The purpose of the alcohol is to disinfect. Place the parts into the cup, excluding the atomizer coil and rubber rings, because the atomizer coil contains cotton that is difficult to dry when wet, and the rubber rings should not be softened. Pour boiling water into the cup and soak for 2 minutes, then take out the parts and dry them with a new cotton swab. After five minutes, reassemble the parts, and we can use it with confidence.
Additionally, it is worth noting that DIY atomizers on the market vary, but the cleaning methods are similar. As long as you follow the above steps, you don't have to worry about the atomizer being unsanitary.
