The "Regulations" stipulate that smoking is to be completely prohibited in indoor public places and clearly defines which outdoor public places are also prohibited from smoking; government officials are to take the lead in controlling smoking; teachers are not allowed to smoke in front of students, and medical staff are not allowed to smoke in front of patients; it is prohibited to sell tobacco products to minors, and schools have the obligation to educate students about the dangers of tobacco.
