According to news from the Chinese electronic cigarette information, after receiving over 1,150 complaints regarding its first television advertisement, VIP E-Cigarette Company has taken follow-up action. The new advertisement has been redesigned by 438 Marketing Company based in Cheshire, still featuring the same female model and a direct dialogue with the camera, but the script is much more subdued.
As one of the co-founders of Manchester's VIP Company, Dave Levin said: “Although the success of the first advertisement significantly increased our visibility, indicating that our advertisement resonated with the public, we realized it was necessary to respond to these complaints with a new advertisement.”
He stated: “We have calmed down because consumer opinions are crucial to us, and we will create star products while showcasing our range of accessories and all flavors.”
