Major manufacturers are also launching their own pod devices. Today, we bring you a review of the VAPTIO Solo-Fiat Mini Kit.
1. Packaging
The product comes in traditional hard paper packaging, with a small window on the front of the box that clearly shows the product's true appearance. The back of the box includes essential information such as product parameters, features, and warnings.

2. Appearance
The device is available in seven colors, offering a rich color combination. The SOLO-Fiat Mini pod device resembles a sword in shape, but it is smaller and more exquisite than a sword. Its flat design provides an excellent grip, and the overall size is small, almost indistinguishable from a large USB drive, making it very convenient to carry in your pocket without any pressure or fear of it falling out.
The device consists of only three parts: the main unit, the pod, and the drip tip, making it simple and easy for beginners to use. The two parts are connected by magnetic adsorption, and when installed correctly, the crisp sound gives a reliable feeling, suggesting that it won't fall off unless intentionally pulled.
The main unit features a symmetrical design on both sides, with the only difference being that the front has the manufacturer's logo and an LED indicator. The indicator serves as a guide for the device's usage: it lights up red when charging, turns off when fully charged, lights up green when in use, flashes three times during a short circuit, flashes three times when the battery is low, and flashes five times for timeout protection. It also flashes twice when the pod is inserted. Unfortunately, the indicator does not change color based on battery level.
On the side is a USB charging port compatible with most Android chargers, making it easy to find a charger if you forget to bring one! The bottom features symmetrical pressure relief vents, and the diamond-shaped design of the device looks very cool, giving it a strong sense of technology, resembling the jet nozzle of a battleship.
The black part above the pod is a removable drip tip, and the V-shaped design of the drip tip makes it both aesthetically pleasing and technologically advanced. Once removed, you can see the silicone-sealed refill hole, which is slightly large, allowing for easy refilling with standard devices. If needed, just use the provided sleeve for easy refilling.
What I like most about the pod design is the combination of refillable and ceramic core. As we know, the biggest advantage of ceramic cores is their excellent flavor, and flavor is crucial for pod devices. Therefore, using a ceramic core undoubtedly enhances the flavor of the device. Additionally, using a ceramic core in non-replaceable pods can effectively extend the lifespan of the pod and reduce usage costs.
