1. FIBIE e-cigarette packaging
The outer packaging adopts a lid-and-base style, with a pure white, clean, and elegant base color. The box features a 3D color rendering image, currently available in five colors: gem blue, space silver, forest green, gentleman black, and stunning red. The internal configuration is mainstream, including two cartridges (rich tobacco and exotic ice lemon). To keep the device clean, the manufacturer has also included a dust cap.
2. FIBIE e-cigarette appearance
The FIBIE e-cigarette features a flat design that provides a good grip. With an integrated aluminum alloy body and a secondary anodized high-gloss diamond-cut process, it not only looks good but also feels comfortable to hold.
The battery level indicator is designed on the front of the device, close to the bottom, with a laser-engraved logo "FIBIE". The Chinese name is 非比, which seems to imply "extraordinary." The charging port at the bottom is designed for hassle-free charging, as USB charging cables are readily available.
FIBIE includes a built-in motor, which vibrates twice when inserting or removing cartridges, and also vibrates to remind users when the battery is low or charging is complete. Personally, I think this design is excellent. The FIBIE e-cigarette has a battery capacity of 450mAh, providing long-lasting power.
3. FIBIE e-cigarette cartridges
The mouthpiece of the cartridge features a frosted finish, providing a good tactile feel when the lips touch it, but it can easily retain saliva, so it needs to be wiped regularly.
The cartridge uses a proprietary ceramic core, designed in a hollow bridge shape, with a traditional heating wire coil inside. Although this ceramic core is not ideal for repeated refilling, the layer of filter cotton placed at the top prevents the ceramic base from becoming overly saturated with e-liquid, thus reducing the possibility of leakage and condensation.
The rubber ring on the cartridge base also plays a crucial role in preventing leakage. In fact, this type of ceramic core can easily suffer from burning issues due to uneven heating, but based on usage (one cartridge used up without burning issues), FIBIE has effectively addressed the burning problem, thanks to the perfect match of the oil core.
FIBIE offers six flavors of cartridges: rich tobacco, exotic ice lemon, mung bean shaved ice, refreshing popsicle, hazelnut coffee, and sour raspberry. To distinguish the flavors, aside from the obvious differences in packaging, users can also rely on the flavor spray and base color on the cartridges.
Rich Tobacco: A typical roasted tobacco flavor, with a good throat hit, overall smooth and rich taste, suitable for heavy smokers.
Exotic Ice Lemon: The vapor is refreshing upon inhalation, although the lemon flavor is not very pronounced, the inherent sourness of lemon is perfectly balanced by the ice, making it suitable for summer use.
Mung Bean Shaved Ice: This flavor differs somewhat from other brands' mung bean slush, with a stronger green bean skin flavor, but it has a good cooling effect; I personally suggest that its flavor could be further improved.
Refreshing Popsicle: Among these flavors, this one is my favorite, with a very familiar old popsicle taste; although the cooling effect is strong, it is still within an acceptable range, making it suitable for summer use.
Hazelnut Coffee: The initial taste is of coffee, with a nutty hazelnut flavor in the aftertaste. The throat hit is moderate, and when inhaling the vapor, the hazelnut flavor becomes more pronounced, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. Compared to pure coffee flavor, hazelnut coffee is richer.
