1. RELX E-cigarette

RELX was established in January 2018 and received its first round of financing of 38 million yuan from Source Code Capital, IDG, and Sequoia in June of the same year. According to founder Wang Ying, as of December 2018, RELX had expanded to 28 countries and regions globally, with the global market doubling every month, and plans to enter 100 countries and regions in 2019.
