How to Start an E-Cigarette Business in 2019?
How do you start an e-cigarette business in 2019? First of all, I actually don't smoke. I came across e-cigarettes purely by chance. I often think about all kinds of unusual ideas, and for a period of time I was wondering how to make some money. One night
How to start an e-cigarette business in 2019? First of all I don't actually smoke. Learning about e-cigarettes was purely accidental. I've been messing around thinking about odd things. A period of time inside thinking about how you can make a profit. One night around March 2017, while laying around bored and swiping my phone's daze, I saw an article about e-cigarettes. Then spent 5 minutes thinking about what felt like a future industry. Then excited can not sleep. Overnight research the entire tobacco market. Think there is a lot to be gained, but a little bit of free money and time. So I decided to take the plunge.
I've probably invested
a series of boxes ranging from 30 watts-250 watts.
Two mechanical stems.
The first shipment of Mountain Mist e-cigarettes.
A bunch of genuine, finely crafted atomizers.
A bunch of imported not imported heating wires.
Two packs of unimported cotton pads and a couple bags of imported cotton.
Over 20 varieties of flavored vape oils ranging from American to Malaysian.
Several large bottles of VG, PG
A set of the best filament making tools at the time.
Two domain names
A logo paid for by a designer
A bunch of social media accounts
A couple of platform accounts with e-cigarette affiliates
Three trips to and from Fuyong
Added dozens of e-cigarette sales
Watching Lao Dong's videos and Vapor Bus reviews every day
Example out, mainly to prove it. For e-cigarettes I am not proficient, but still considered just getting started. So the following opinions are built on the basis of my initiation in 2017. If there are any inaccuracies, please feel free to discuss.
Electronic Cigarettes VS Traditional Cigarettes
Let's start with the conclusion that I think e-cigarettes are superior to the existence of traditional cigarettes in terms of health. If tobacco as a thing is not going to die out, then e-cigarettes must be the next generation to evolve.
The most basic structure of my knowledge about e-cigarettes comes entirely from the BBC transcript E-cigarettes: miracle or threat [Chinese-English subtitles]
The explanation of why e-cigarettes are healthier is understandable and persuasive to me as a high school science literate person.
The simple fact is that the most harmful parts of cigarettes are produced by the use of combustion, a violent chemical change that produces a mixture of more than 6,000 substances. The process is difficult to control and verify that those substances are carcinogenic and harmful.
E-cigarettes, on the other hand, are a vaporization process, a physical change. The substances in the smoke are very stable. The composition of the product is limited and the process is easy to control. This provides a solid foundation for research verification.
In a different interpretation, if you think of traditional tobacco and e-cigarettes as a new drug that has to go through the FDA. I think e-cigarettes would have an easier time passing the test.
Current Market for Electronic Cigarettes User Profile
As we all know, the tobacco market is a behemoth existence all over the world. The current market for e-cigarettes is very, very small.
From my understanding, there are two types of users of e-cigarettes
Vape is a trendy culture, and I love this trendy culture
Because of the existing dependence on nicotine, using e-cigarettes is better for your health and the health of those around you. So people who use e-cigarettes to replace traditional cigarettes.
In reality the two types of users overlap slightly though. However, if all smokers are regarded as potential customers of e-cigarettes are categorized as the second type, then the two types of users are completely different user groups, for different markets.
If you do the market of Vape, you need to use the vertical industry trend fashion hit to design.
If you do the vaper market, look at the tax records of the major cigarette manufacturers, then you are facing a starry night.
Envisioning the e-cigarette business
With all that out of the way, let's talk about a scenario in my YA that I feel better about based on my situation.
First off, I'm basically an amateur when it comes to e-cigarettes other than what I said above. #p#Page Break #e#
Secondly, I have no flavoring skills (can't do vape oils), no industrial skills (can't do devices), and no industrial design skills (can't do Mountain Mist)
Again, I want to make something that is closer to the money. It's easy to make money that way.
Finally, all I have is some so-called internet thinking.
Then from the scene of high-frequency and low-frequency and after visiting Fukunaga, I analyzed and concluded that it is more profitable to sell cigarette oil than to sell equipment.
Then surely it is good business to do the whole business of smokers. Don't limit yourself inside the Vape trend culture.
So if there are so many millions of angel investment in my YA. I'm going to be a subscription service provider in the e-cigarette industry.
Simple analogy is the mobile, telecom, Unicom model —— rechargeable phone bills to send cell phones.
“ Subscription tobacco oil to send equipment ”
The obvious benefit is to minimize the barrier for smokers to get into e-cigarettes.
And having a level of conversation.
After the final traffic pattern is up, the ones that don't play with me. It's all going to be bye bye.
Do not invest in building factories, go to talk about OEM.
Finally go back to a tobacco factory. It would be nice to have him buy me out.
Then in the use of the mobile Internet learned a set of operations up. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that.
The Dilemma of E-Cigarettes
E-cigarettes are actually currently I think on the eve of dawn, and just don't know if they'll make it to dawn.
I think the e-cigarette itself is flawed in 3 ways:
There's the ease of getting underage people to try it and get dependent on it. After all, there is a vape culture out there. It's like when we watched Chow Yun-Fat, Leslie Cheung, and Groucho smoking cigarettes and being cool.
Because the production of cigarette oil is an industrialized process, the new drugs are easy to combine with e-cigarettes. And the production is out of the limits of the origin. It makes the difficulty of regulation rise.
The safety of flavorings in cigarette oil is not well defined. Accidents that may occur will lead to the whole e-cigarette industry is highly questionable. And if this business is done in China, it will rely heavily on policy and regulation issues.
Summary
I firmly believe that tobacco will gradually be replaced by e-cigarettes, and this trend is irreversible. We will gradually over to a second-hand smoke is not so bad smell, so harmful to the world. 2019 e-cigarette market will certainly be more and more big, interested in the e-cigarette industry to do a career can contact WeChat: vapeos or call to exchange: 17682343645
