Xiaofeixa Wants to Become the “Water Carrier” of the E-Cigarette Industry
Last year, I learned that there is a supply chain company in the e-cigarette industry called Xiaofeixa, which integrates "supply chain management + finance + supply chain systems + brand communication" as a comprehensive service provider for e-cigarettes.
According to reports, Xiaofeixa was established in September 2016 in Qianhai, Shenzhen. It aims to become the "water carrier" of the e-cigarette industry, helping upstream and downstream enterprises in the e-cigarette sector complete their transformation and upgrades.

At its inception, Xiaofeixa provided international logistics services for the e-cigarette industry, launching logistics, domestic (overseas) warehousing, customs clearance, and delivery services through independent development.
Before founding Xiaofeixa, founder Tang Binbin had around 20 years of experience in finance and had previously established a domestic fleet financing platform, raising over 500 million yuan. It is said that he also wrote a bestselling book on stocks. In May 2016, his personal work "Nine Years Ten Times" was published by the Electronics Industry Press and became a bestseller on Dangdang's new book list.

At the end of 2018, Xiaofeixa launched its self-developed e-cigarette WMS system, which can directly connect with domestic and international seller platforms to meet the needs of different distribution channels for offline and online customers. In 2018, the platform's GMV reached 250 million yuan, with over 400 international logistics companies already integrated into Xiaofeixa's platform.
In addition to providing traditional express and small package shipping services, Xiaofeixa has also established cost-effective logistics lines for e-cigarettes in the United States, Europe, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, and more. It can also leverage its self-developed supply chain management system to provide manufacturers (brands) with global warehousing, logistics management, import and export procurement and sales, tax refund services, enhancing flexible management capabilities, and acting as an intermediary to reduce risks and costs for manufacturers while improving efficiency.
In May of this year, Xiaofeixa began to reorganize and integrate internal and external resources, shifting its business focus towards the e-cigarette sector. As of now, over 1,000 upstream and downstream enterprises in the e-cigarette industry have partnered with Xiaofeixa.
Tang Binbin stated that the company is currently undergoing the next round of financing, with funds primarily used to accelerate the construction of overseas warehouses, customs clearance systems, and overseas distribution networks. "In terms of global logistics, warehousing, and platform management systems for e-cigarettes, Xiaofeixa has already matured, and the next step is to accelerate the establishment of warehousing and local customs clearance and delivery services in popular markets (Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, the United States, Europe, Australia, India, etc.) to meet the shipping needs of hundreds or even thousands of e-cigarette manufacturers (brands) in the future."
