Another Former Smartisan Executive's Xiaoye E-Cigarette Exposed

Following the departure of Zhu Xiaomu, a former employee of Smartisan, to create Fulu e-cigarettes, another executive from Smartisan has left to enter the e-cigarette industry. The individual in question is Peng Jinzhou, the former president of Smartisan.
  In mid-March, the media outlet "Blue Hole New Consumption" reported that they had deciphered the name of Luo Yonghao's e-cigarette, which is likely to be called Xiaoye and Xihongxian. Now it appears that the brand name is indeed "Xiaoye." It has a clear "attitude" in its branding. However, Luo Yonghao is not the one making the e-cigarettes.

At this e-cigarette exhibition, Xiaoye e-cigarettes made their debut. Some industry insiders who experienced the product complained that it was "directly using a public mold," and that the product is in a relatively early stage, with little difference from other e-cigarettes on the market.
 
Some media have stated that "Xiaoye" is hastily entering the market, reflecting the increasingly fierce competition in the e-cigarette industry.

Before the news of Peng Jinzhou's departure to create Xiaoye e-cigarettes was revealed, there had been rumors about "Luo Yonghao switching to the e-cigarette business" until Peng Jinzhou announced on April 12 via Weibo that he was starting a business in the e-cigarette industry. This officially clarified the rumors.

On April 12, Peng Jinzhou posted on Weibo, saying, "I have started a business in e-cigarettes. The first product will be launched this month..." Subsequently, Luo Yonghao retweeted this Weibo post, saying, "Old Peng is starting a business with Xiaoye e-cigarettes, and I fully support him..."
Some media jokingly remarked that Zhu Xiaomu is making "Fulu," while Peng Jinzhou is founding "Xiaoye," indicating that one Smartisan has produced two e-cigarette startups.
