Washington, September 11 - The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced on the 11th that its subsidiary, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), will issue regulations in the coming weeks to prohibit the sale of non-tobacco flavored e-cigarette products to control the trend of youth vaping.
02. PMTA Adjustments
In mid-March 2019, the FDA adjusted the deadline for e-cigarette companies to submit PMTA applications to August 15, 2021.
In June 2019, the FDA released the final technical guidelines for PMTA (Premarket Tobacco Product Application).
