Why does a vape spit sweet e-liquid? Many friends encounter the situation where their vape spits sweet e-liquid, even experienced vapers are not immune. So what could be the reasons for this?
Why does a vape spit sweet e-liquid?
First, there is condensation. Condensation is the water vapor formed after the e-liquid is atomized. If the condensation is not cleaned, it can accumulate in the air holes over time, leading to a significant amount of liquid. Due to gravity, this can cause condensation to flow back. When using the vape again, it may produce a loud popping sound, and during inhalation, there may be a sweet sensation, which could burn the tongue. A simple way to clean the condensation is to shake the mouthpiece downwards vigorously a few times before use to expel the condensation, preventing spitting e-liquid during the next use.

Second, the atomizer core. The quality of the atomizer core determines the atomization effect of the e-liquid. Many new vapers pursue large vapor production and choose larger cores, which increase the oil guiding area and provide a better vapor experience. However, new users often fill the atomizer with e-liquid and try to vape immediately, leading to a poor experience and spitting e-liquid. Therefore, before using the atomizer core, it is advisable to drip a few drops of e-liquid into the core to saturate the cotton, which will enhance the vaping experience and prevent spitting e-liquid.

Third, the output power. If the power is too low, it will increase the heating time of the atomizer core, and the e-liquid may not be fully atomized. At this point, it may feel like you are inhaling mostly liquid, which can lead to increased condensation and, subsequently, spitting e-liquid.

In response, Fire Device has launched the ammo cartridge vape, offering various flavors and meticulous formulations; it locks in condensation for a worry-free experience; featuring multiple anti-leak designs to prevent e-liquid leakage. Additionally, it is made with an aluminum alloy and POM for a textured and tactile feel. The crystal thread seal firmly locks the e-liquid, with inhalation acting as a switch, making it easy to use and satisfying in one puff. There are 16 flavors of cartridges to choose from.

Fire Device has established e-cigarette R&D and production centers in Shenzhen, Huizhou, Dongguan, etc. The factory has been the first to pass eight international quality system certifications, including GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, and the products have obtained certifications such as CE, FCC, RoHS, UL, PSE, along with 5761 domestic and international e-cigarette patents, accounting for one-fourth of global patents.
