Why are RELX 3rd Gen Lingdian Pods so expensive? It can be said that among RELX's fifth-generation products, Lingdian is nearly perfect. If I had to find one flaw, it would be one word: expensive! The high cost of RELX 3rd Gen Lingdian is not only reflected in the price of the device but also in the cost-effectiveness of the pods.

It can be seen that the capacity of the RELX Lingdian Pods is 1.5ml. Users familiar with other generations of RELX products should know that this data means that the same pod has a lower capacity than other products.

Moreover, the official price of RELX Lingdian Pods is 99 yuan for a box of 2 pods. In contrast, the pods of other generations of RELX products are almost all priced at 99 yuan for a box of 3 pods. (Currently, RELX Alpha also has a configuration of 99 yuan for a box of 2 pods, but most flavors have changed to 99 yuan for a box of 3 pods.)

This means that the average price of a 3rd Gen Lingdian Pod is 45 yuan per pod for 1.5ml. Compared to other generations, the price of a single RELX Lingdian Pod is more than one-third higher. Therefore, the subsequent usage costs of RELX Lingdian are also higher.

Finally, I hope RELX can soon launch a 99 yuan for a box of 3 pods configuration like they did with the second-generation Alpha to improve the cost-effectiveness of Lingdian.
